Mammootty

Mammootty is an Indian actor and film producer known for leading roles in Malayalam cinema and films in other Indian languages.

Oru Vadakkan Veeragatha: A 1989 Malayalam historical drama that retells the Vadakkan Pattukal ballad tradition from the perspective of Chandu. Mammootty won the National Film Award for Best Actor for his performance as Chandu.
