Marabou stork

The marabou stork is a large African stork with a bare head and neck, a massive bill, and a hanging throat pouch. It feeds on carrion and other animal matter.

Stork: A long-legged, long-necked wading bird in the family Ciconiidae. The marabou stork is one of the largest and most distinctive members of this bird family.
Thermal soaring: Flight that uses rising columns of warm air to gain altitude with little flapping. Marabou storks use rising air to travel efficiently over open landscapes.

Kleptoparasitism: The taking of food captured or collected by another animal. Marabou storks can obtain food by joining other scavengers at carcasses.
