Michael Redgrave

Michael Redgrave (1908–1985) was an English stage and film actor, director, and author. His notable performances include The Lady Vanishes and The Browning Version.

The Browning Version: A 1951 British film in which an embittered classics teacher faces the end of his career. Redgrave’s portrayal of Andrew Crocker-Harris became one of his defining screen performances.
