Multnomah Falls

Multnomah Falls is a 620-foot waterfall on Multnomah Creek in Oregon’s Columbia River Gorge, divided into two main drops by a rocky ledge.

Multnomah Creek: A stream in Oregon’s Columbia River Gorge that flows over Multnomah Falls before reaching the Columbia River. Its water supplies the falls and continues downstream into the Columbia River.
Columbia River Gorge: A deep canyon cut by the Columbia River through the Cascade Range between Oregon and Washington. The falls occupy the Oregon side of this broader gorge.
