Netscape Navigator

Netscape Navigator was a web browser released by Netscape in 1994. Its rapid adoption and rivalry with Internet Explorer made it a central participant in the first browser war.

Mosaic: Mosaic was an early graphical web browser developed at the National Center for Supercomputing Applications. Marc Andreessen brought experience from Mosaic to the browser he later helped create at Netscape.
