New Historians

New Historians are Israeli scholars who reassessed the origins of Israel and the 1948 Arab–Israeli War using archival evidence released from the 1980s onward.

Benny Morris: An Israeli historian known for archival research on the 1948 Palestinian refugee exodus. His work on refugee flight and expulsion helped establish the New Historians debate.
