Nomophobia

Nomophobia is anxiety or distress associated with being unable to use or reach a mobile phone, especially when communication or information is inaccessible.

Smartphone addiction: A pattern of compulsive smartphone use that interferes with daily life or well-being. Compulsive use can intensify distress when a phone becomes unavailable.
Phobia: An intense, persistent fear of a specific object or situation that can prompt avoidance. The name nomophobia invokes phobia, though its status as a formal diagnosis is not established.

Fear of missing out: Anxiety that others are having rewarding experiences or receiving important information without oneself. Fear of missing out can make disconnection from messages and updates feel threatening.
Mobile phone: A portable electronic device used for voice communication and other digital services. Nomophobia concerns losing access to this device and the services it provides.
