Orangutan

Orangutans are great apes native to the rainforests of Borneo and Sumatra. They are distinguished by reddish-brown hair and largely solitary, tree-dwelling lives.

Bornean orangutan: A critically endangered orangutan species native to the island of Borneo. It is one of the three living orangutan species.
Frugivore: An animal whose diet consists largely or primarily of fruit. Fruit forms a major part of orangutan diets when available.
