Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation

The Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation is an intergovernmental organization that promotes economic cooperation among countries in and around the Black Sea region.

BSEC Council of Ministers of Foreign Affairs: The Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation’s principal decision-making body, comprising member states’ foreign ministers or their representatives. It sets the organization’s political direction and adopts decisions.
