Ostankino Tower

Ostankino Tower is a television and radio broadcasting tower in Moscow, completed in 1967. Its slender reinforced-concrete design made it one of the world's tallest freestanding structures.

Reinforced concrete: Concrete strengthened with embedded steel to resist tensile forces as well as compression. The tower's main shaft uses reinforced concrete to support its great height.
