Paramara dynasty

The Paramara dynasty was a medieval Indian ruling house that governed much of Malwa from the ninth to the fourteenth century, with its power centered at Dhar.

Malwa: A historical region of west-central India, centered on a plateau in present-day Madhya Pradesh. The dynasty’s core territory lay on this plateau.
Bhoja: An eleventh-century Paramara king of Malwa, renowned as a ruler, scholar, and patron of learning. His reign marks the dynasty’s best-known period of power and cultural patronage.
