Knowra Pavel Tsitsianov Pavel Tsitsianov Pavel Tsitsianov (1754–1806) was a Russian imperial general and prince who commanded Russian forces in the Caucasus from 1802 until his assassination in Baku.
Alexander I of Russia : Emperor of Russia from 1801 to 1825, whose reign expanded Russian power across the Caucasus. Tsitsianov served as commander-in-chief in the Caucasus under Alexander I.
