Pedro Pablo Kuczynski

Pedro Pablo Kuczynski is a Peruvian economist and politician who served as president of Peru from 2016 to 2018. His presidency ended after corruption allegations and a political crisis.

Peruvian political crisis (2017–2018): A period of institutional conflict in Peru marked by impeachment proceedings, presidential pardons, and Kuczynski’s resignation. The crisis that drove his resignation and defined the end of his presidency.
