Pham Van Dong

Pham Van Dong was a Vietnamese communist revolutionary and statesman who served as prime minister of North Vietnam and, after reunification, the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

Ho Chi Minh: Ho Chi Minh was a Vietnamese communist revolutionary who led the independence movement and became president of North Vietnam. Dong worked closely with Ho Chi Minh and became one of his leading political associates.
