Physical theatre

Physical theatre is performance in which performers use movement, gesture, and bodily presence as primary means of expression, often alongside speech, music, or objects.

Mime: Mime is performance that communicates through gesture and movement, often without spoken words. Its silent gestures show how bodily action can carry a scene’s meaning.
