Pierre Teilhard de Chardin

Pierre Teilhard de Chardin (1881–1955) was a French Jesuit priest, paleontologist, and philosopher who interpreted cosmic and biological evolution as a process moving toward spiritual unity in Christ.

Law of complexity-consciousness: Teilhard’s proposed principle that matter develops toward greater organization alongside increasing consciousness. It supplies the central pattern connecting physical evolution with the rise of mind.
