Polynesians

Polynesians are the Indigenous peoples of Polynesia, connected by related Austronesian languages, shared ancestry, and cultural traditions across the Pacific.

Austronesian peoples: A broad family of peoples linked by Austronesian languages and migrations across Island Southeast Asia and the Pacific. Polynesians belong to this wider linguistic and historical family.
