Prajadhipok

Prajadhipok, also known as Rama VII, was king of Siam from 1925 to 1935. His reign ended amid the 1932 revolution, which established a constitutional monarchy.

Chakri dynasty: The royal house that has ruled Siam and Thailand since 1782. Prajadhipok inherited the throne as the dynasty’s seventh monarch.
Siamese revolution of 1932: A largely bloodless coup that ended absolute monarchy in Siam on 24 June 1932. It forced Prajadhipok to accept a constitution and share political authority.
