Qin Shi Huang

Qin Shi Huang (259–210 BCE) unified China in 221 BCE and became its first emperor. He centralized rule, standardized key systems, and established the Qin dynasty.

Qin dynasty: The Chinese dynasty founded by Qin Shi Huang that ruled from 221 to 206 BCE. His imperial state collapsed soon after his death, but its centralized model endured.
