Qinghai Lake

Qinghai Lake is China’s largest lake, a saline endorheic lake on the northeastern Tibetan Plateau in Qinghai province.

Endorheic basin: A drainage basin with no surface outlet to the sea, where water leaves chiefly through evaporation or seepage. Qinghai Lake retains river inflow rather than draining onward to the ocean.
