Rangpur Division

Rangpur Division is an administrative division in northwestern Bangladesh, comprising eight districts and centered on the city of Rangpur.

Rangpur District: A district in northwestern Bangladesh and the namesake district of Rangpur Division. It contains the division’s administrative center, Rangpur city.
Rangpur Medical College: A government medical college in Rangpur city, Bangladesh. It is a major medical institution serving the division and surrounding areas.
Rajshahi Division: An administrative division in northwestern Bangladesh, west of Rangpur Division. Rangpur Division was separated from Rajshahi Division in 2010.
Teesta River: A transboundary river flowing from the Himalayas through India and Bangladesh. The river and its basin shape agriculture and settlement in the division’s north.
Dinajpur District: A district in northwestern Bangladesh, within Rangpur Division. It is one of the division’s eight constituent districts.
