Sexual penetration: Entry into a body during a sexual act, as defined by relevant legal or clinical usage. Penetration is an element in many legal definitions of rape.
Affirmative consent: A standard requiring clear, voluntary agreement to sexual activity rather than the absence of refusal. It differs from legal standards that infer consent from circumstances or focus on resistance.
