Raymond Loewy

Raymond Loewy was a French-born American industrial designer whose streamlined designs shaped consumer products, transportation, and corporate identities.

Pennsylvania Railroad S1: A large experimental steam locomotive designed by Raymond Loewy for the Pennsylvania Railroad. Its streamlined casing made Loewy’s visual treatment of machinery unmistakable.
