Red Sea

The Red Sea is a narrow seawater inlet between northeastern Africa and the Arabian Peninsula. It connects to the Indian Ocean through the Gulf of Aden and to the Mediterranean Sea through the Suez Canal.

Gulf of Aden: A gulf between the Arabian Peninsula and the Horn of Africa, linking the Arabian Sea with the Red Sea. Its waters enter the Red Sea through the Bab-el-Mandeb Strait.
