Relic

A relic is an object preserved because of its association with a sacred person, event, or place. In religious traditions, relics may be bodily remains or objects linked to holy figures.

Veneration: Respectful honor shown to a sacred figure or object without treating it as divine. Relics are venerated as tangible connections to holy persons and sacred histories.
