Renato Simoni

Renato Simoni (1875–1952) was an Italian playwright, librettist, journalist, and theater critic, known especially for collaborating on the opera Turandot.

Turandot: An opera by Giacomo Puccini, completed by Franco Alfano after Puccini's death and premiered in 1926. Simoni helped write the libretto with Giuseppe Adami, adapting Carlo Gozzi's play.
