Rivaroxaban

Rivaroxaban is an oral anticoagulant that directly inhibits factor Xa, reducing thrombin generation and blood clot formation.

Factor Xa: Factor Xa is a coagulation enzyme that converts prothrombin into thrombin. Rivaroxaban binds directly to this enzyme and blocks its activity.
