Ruud Lubbers

Ruud Lubbers was a Dutch politician who served as prime minister of the Netherlands from 1982 to 1994 and United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees from 2001 to 2005.

Dries van Agt: Dries van Agt was a Dutch politician who served as prime minister from 1977 to 1982. Lubbers succeeded him as prime minister and led a different governing coalition.
