Sitting Bull

Sitting Bull (c. 1831–1890) was a Hunkpapa Lakota leader who resisted U.S. expansion, defended Lakota sovereignty, and helped lead the victory at the Battle of the Little Bighorn.

Crazy Horse: An Oglala Lakota war leader who fought U.S. expansion and helped defeat Custer at the Little Bighorn. He fought alongside Sitting Bull’s people during the 1876 campaign, though their roles differed.
