Soba

Soba was the capital of the medieval Nubian kingdom of Alodia, near the confluence of the Blue and White Nile in present-day Sudan.

Kingdom of Alodia: A medieval Nubian Christian kingdom that ruled parts of what is now Sudan. Soba served as Alodia’s capital and principal political center.
