Knowra Soccsksargen Soccsksargen Soccsksargen, also called Region XII, is an administrative region in the southern Philippines encompassing parts of Mindanao and nearby islands. Its name combines the names of South Cotabato, Cotabato, Sultan Kudarat, Sarangani, and General Santos.
