Sony Lab'ou Tansi

Sony Lab'ou Tansi (1947–1995) was a Congolese playwright, novelist, and poet whose formally inventive works confronted dictatorship, violence, and postcolonial life.

Congolese literature: Literature produced in the Republic of the Congo and the Democratic Republic of the Congo. His plays and novels belong to a literary history shaped by colonialism and independence.
