South Khorasan Province

South Khorasan is a province in eastern Iran bordering Afghanistan. Its capital is Birjand.

Birjand: Birjand is a city in eastern Iran and the capital of South Khorasan Province. As provincial capital, Birjand is the administrative center of South Khorasan.
