Spinning wheel

A hand-operated machine that twists loose fibers into yarn and winds the yarn onto a spindle or bobbin. Its wheel-driven mechanism makes spinning faster and more continuous than hand spinning with a spindle.

Spinning wheel flyer: A rotating U-shaped component that twists yarn and guides it onto a bobbin. In flyer-based wheels, this part performs the twisting and winding as the wheel turns.
