Stanley Rous

Stanley Rous was an English football referee and administrator who served as FIFA president from 1961 to 1974. He helped shape the modern Laws of the Game and international football governance.

Jules Rimet: Jules Rimet was a French football administrator who served as FIFA president from 1921 to 1954. Rimet preceded Rous as FIFA president and established the World Cup as an international competition.
