Sturge–Weber syndrome
Sturge–Weber syndrome is a congenital disorder caused by a postzygotic mosaic variant in GNAQ. It is characterized by facial capillary malformations and abnormal vascular tissue in the brain, with possible seizures, stroke-like episodes, and glaucoma.
