Tang Yin
Tang Yin (1470–1524), also known as Tang Bohu, was a Ming-dynasty Chinese painter, calligrapher, and poet associated with the Wu school of painting.
Wu school: A Ming-dynasty painting tradition centered in Suzhou and associated with literati artists. Tang Yin was one of the Wu school’s leading painters.
Ming dynasty painting: Painting produced in China during the Ming dynasty, spanning court, literati, and professional traditions. Tang’s work belongs to the varied painting culture of his period.
