Knowra Terry Jones Terry Jones Terry Jones (1942–2020) was a Welsh comedian, actor, writer, and film director, best known as a member of Monty Python and director of several of its films.
Monty Python : A British comedy group whose television series and films combined surreal sketches, satire, and historical parody. Jones helped write and perform the troupe’s sketches and co-directed its feature films.
Monty Python and the Holy Grail : A 1975 British comedy film that parodies Arthurian legend and was directed by Terry Jones and Terry Gilliam. It was Jones’s first feature-film directing project, shared with Gilliam.
