Knowra Tilman Riemenschneider Tilman Riemenschneider Tilman Riemenschneider (c. 1460–1531) was a German sculptor and woodcarver whose late Gothic religious works include the carved altarpiece at Creglingen.
Creglingen Marienaltar : A late Gothic carved wooden altarpiece in the Herrgottskirche at Creglingen, made by Riemenschneider’s workshop. Its unpainted figures and elaborate carving are among his best-known achievements.
