Toghon Temür

Toghon Temür was the last Yuan emperor to rule from China, reigning from 1333 until the Mongol court withdrew to Mongolia in 1368.

Ming dynasty: A Chinese dynasty that ruled from 1368 to 1644 after overthrowing the Yuan in China. Its founding under Zhu Yuanzhang followed Toghon Temür’s retreat from the capital.
