Toy balloon

A lightweight, flexible balloon inflated with air or helium for play and decoration. Its buoyancy, shape, and motion depend on its material, inflation, and the gas inside.

Buoyancy: The upward force a fluid exerts on an object immersed in it. Helium-filled balloons rise when the displaced air weighs more than the balloon and its contents.
