Immanence : The presence or operation of the divine within the world rather than beyond it. It names the principal theological counterpoint: divinity present within creation rather than beyond it.
Naturalism : The view that reality consists of natural entities and processes, without supernatural causes. Naturalism rejects realities beyond nature, challenging a central interpretation of transcendence.
Plato : An ancient Greek philosopher whose dialogues shaped Western metaphysics, ethics, and political thought. Plato's Forms are enduring examples of realities treated as more fundamental than changing sensory things.
