Tyler Perry is an American actor, writer, director, and producer who created the character Madea and founded Tyler Perry Studios.
Madea: Madea is a fictional, outspoken elderly Black woman created and often portrayed by Tyler Perry. Perry’s signature character anchors his stage plays and many of his films.
