Tubulin : Tubulin is the protein that assembles into microtubules, key components of the cell’s internal structure and transport system. Vincristine binds tubulin and prevents it from assembling into microtubules.
CHOP regimen : CHOP is a chemotherapy regimen combining cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, and prednisone. Vincristine is the V in this widely used lymphoma regimen.
