William Rehnquist

William Rehnquist was an American jurist who served as an associate justice of the U.S. Supreme Court from 1972 to 1986 and chief justice from 1986 to 2005.

Richard Nixon: Richard Nixon was the 37th president of the United States, serving from 1969 to 1974. Nixon nominated Rehnquist to the Supreme Court in 1971.
