Winter sports

Winter sports are athletic activities practiced on snow or ice, including skiing, snowboarding, skating, and ice hockey.

Snow: Precipitation made of ice crystals that accumulate on the ground in cold conditions. Snow cover provides the surface for skiing, snowboarding, and other outdoor events.
