Władysław Sikorski

Władysław Sikorski was a Polish military officer and politician who led the Polish government-in-exile as prime minister from 1939 until his death in 1943.

Stanisław Mikołajczyk: A Polish politician who succeeded Sikorski as prime minister of the government-in-exile in 1943. He inherited the premiership after Sikorski's death and later pursued negotiations with the Soviet Union.
