Wudu

Wudu is a prescribed Islamic washing of parts of the body before prayer and certain other acts of worship. It combines physical washing with ritual preparation.

Fard of Wudu: The obligatory elements of wudu that must be performed for it to be valid. These requirements define which parts of the washing cannot be omitted.
