Yutyrannus

Yutyrannus is a genus of large tyrannosauroid dinosaurs from Early Cretaceous China. Fossils show that it had feathers, making it the largest known non-avian dinosaur with direct evidence of feathers.

Tyrannosauroidea: Tyrannosauroidea is a group of theropod dinosaurs that includes tyrannosaurs and their close relatives. Yutyrannus belongs to this broader group, though it predates Tyrannosaurus.
Yutyrannus holotype: The Yutyrannus holotype is the principal specimen used to establish the species Yutyrannus huali. This large individual preserves extensive feather impressions alongside much of the skeleton.
