Yves Montand

Yves Montand (1921–1991) was a French-Italian actor and singer who became a leading performer of French chanson and starred in films such as The Wages of Fear.

The Wages of Fear: A 1953 French thriller directed by Henri-Georges Clouzot about men hired to transport nitroglycerin. Montand’s performance as Mario became one of his defining film roles.
